We know, SHIPPING CHARGES SUCK, but...
Calculated shipping rates already include applicable taxes charged by the carrier, so we don’t add tax to shipping like those other guys (we won’t name names). We’re not out to make money on shipping, and nor do we artificially increase our online prices to offer “free” shipping. We know we can’t compete with the ‘Big Boys’ on price (yet). Like every small business we struggle to come up with the ‘right’ formula, so for now, we’ll just keep working to manage costs, offer you the best possible value, and be transparent about it.
In Canada: Flat Rate Shipping includes online tracking and $100 insurance so you can rest assured it’ll arrive safe and on-time (3~7 business days to most Canadian destinations). In a hurry? Other shipping options are available for faster delivery.
To the USA: Flat Rate Shipping includes standard air delivery which typically takes 6~12 business days within the continental US. If you need it faster or would like online tracking and insurance, we recommend you select either the “Tracked Packet” or “Expedited Parcel” option, where available.
Other International Destinations: Delivery times to other countries vary greatly, depending on location and type of service selected. If you need it faster or would like online tracking and insurance, we recommend you select either the “Tracked Packet” or “Expedited Parcel” option, where available.
Our carrier generally does not charge additional brokerage fees and most of our products are duty-free within North America. That said, we are not responsible for any any additional fees or delays imposed by customs or other agencies in the receiving country.
